Throwing Program to start at Dome, runs thru Feb.

Posted by Van Williams, ALB Media Director | Jan 21, 2019

Join us at The Dome twice a week through the end of February for a structured winter throwing program to start the progress of getting your arm ready for the baseball season.

Throw now, avoid injury later.

Meet every Tuesday and Thursday (starting Jan. 24) from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. through the end of February and utilize the drills to strengthen and condition arms by utilizing the drills presented by professional and college coaches at recent Legion clinics.

“Players need to be throwing 2-3 times a week from now until March to be ready for practices and games,” Coach Clouse of Everett College told campers recently.

The throwing program will be structured so that players can pick up where they left off, even if they miss a session or show up late to a session.

After players complete that days throwing program, hitting stations will be available to work on the various drills taught at our camps.

Total cost is $75 for all 11 sessions. This is open to players in eighth grade and high school only.

This is not open Dome time and registered players will be expected to participate in the program.
